What the Rs 60,000 setup fee covers
The setup fee is the largest single number on this page, so here is exactly what it buys. It is work done by a person, on site, before you sell anything.
- Menu data entry. Your full menu entered, including Urdu item names where you want them on the kitchen ticket.
- Printer pairing. Your thermal printer connected and tested over Bluetooth or USB-C, on your hardware.
- Staff training. The people who will actually use the till, trained on it at your counter.
- On site installation. Set up in your shop, on your devices, with your domain pointed at your menu.
Not included, at any price
These are not roadmap items being withheld. They do not exist in the product.
- Online card payment, wallets or any payment gateway.
- FBR, PRA, SRB or GST integration, tax fields or fiscal invoice numbers.
- Stock or inventory tracking.
- Table management or a dine-in floor plan.
- Customer accounts, order history or a loyalty scheme.
- Delivery zones. One flat delivery fee per shop.
- Integration with foodpanda or any delivery aggregator.
- Refund or void of a sale that has already synced.
Questions about price
How much does the online menu and till cost?
Setup and installation costs Rs 60,000 once. The online menu with WhatsApp ordering is then Rs 3,000 per month, and adding the point of sale till costs Rs 1,000 more per month.
What does the Rs 60,000 setup fee include?
The Rs 60,000 setup fee covers entering the full menu, pairing the thermal printer, training the counter staff, and installing everything on site. Setup is done by hand, not by a signup form.
Can customers pay online by card?
No. This system takes no online payment of any kind. An order is placed on the menu page and money is collected at the counter or on delivery. There is no card processing, no wallet and no payment gateway.
Is the system integrated with FBR or PRA for tax?
No. This system has no FBR, PRA, SRB or GST integration, no tax fields, no fiscal invoice numbers and no QR code on the receipt. A shop that needs fiscal reporting must handle that separately.
